Hey Everyone-
Pretty new to the site, well, not really...I always come here and check out the work, and see nothing but amazing results. So here I am finally posting my own thread. I'm having a rough time modeling this character. I'm not really a modeler, i'm defintly more of an animator. I'm using this character for a class of mine, and I just need some direction. I saw the topology tutorials and they are helpful, but they are guided more toward realism. And I have seen some Digital Tutors, and gnomon tutorials, and agian, they are helpful, but they are more toward realism. I mean, what do you all think is easier, blocking it out, or patch modeling? I'm really lost. I just want to make this a cartoony style character with maybe a little bit of zbrush or mudbox. If anyone can give me some guidance, it would be highly appreciated...thank you to all who respond!
Thanks again!
