Gonna be working on a project for next year , but I have been given the task to do some advanced dynamics for the movie, so just got quick questions

Firstly, one sequence will be a bamboo pipe which fills with water and then will move from the weight. Much like if you remember in the fight with Orei in Kill Bill on the rooftop their are shots of it, plus a lot of japanese movies have shots of it in garden. It makes a nice klonk sound when the weight of water pushes it down. So was just wondering if something like this could be done with maya fluids or particles or only done in reaflow4, like the simulation of water running down the pipe (or if it actually move to the fluid mass).

Also we where hoping on having defeated characters break up into small particles or dust clouds, is this possible in maya that a mesh breaks apart? Is there anyway to have fluids and particles interact with a character shape basically.

Also another questions is there anyway to make a dust cloud like separate as if it had just been sliced? Would this be done with fluids or with particles?

Also final question is Blastcode the best third party mesh destruction plugin, just for usage of walls and ground and props breaking and shattering. I know maya has a what I thought was pretty cool shatter feature but I have heard lots of people say it isnt that good.
