I remembered clash of the titans and the mechanical owl. my mind was stuck there. so I'm making the theme revolve around Athena and her owl

I was thinking of athena and I had two thoughts. Perseus and her trusty owl. I have a few ideas of what to do. I moved away from another idea but this one seems good. I'm still not sure of the background. Something greek or something mechanical.

Thinking about the shape of the horse and how he's broken up in parts.
I was thinking of how athena was different to the original and how to make it more....appealing for me.

Ah. Athena is my main focus. She is smart and wise and would be the forefront of technology in my opinion.

So in my mind Athena and her animals. Her trusty owl and Pegasus. ( I think I got it wrong in previous posts) I'm going for a portrait feel here. Athena is usually depicted as strict and very academic with no real feeling. So I'm trying to dispel her and use this is a jumping point on the steam punk theme because to me she is the focus. She creates these objects/ animals. Through physical or godly means.

started working on the colour. Had some ideas and then got run down with all of them so I took a step back. I'll start looking at it again today. so far this is what I've got

More colour. The sky is more dynamic and there are alot more gears. (argh) you don't want to know what I went through with those gears. But i'm proud of them now though.

I thought I understand the theme so I redid the clothes. Still kept shield because that and the owl are Athena trademarks
