Why don't you render the first 20 frames to a .mov file and the rest of the animation to another .mov file?
It's really easy to loop the first file in premiere (or even quicktime pro) and then add the rest of the animation.
Post-production, the way to go. It doesn't make sense to render the first 20 frames over and over again... just a waste of cpu time.
Hope this helped.

Hi. Select the animation you want looped in the timeline and in the Attributes Manager there will be a box for loops. Just enter the number. Your timeline will still look the same but will loop when you play it.
