I want to represent a character stretched out her hand to catch the falling feather and with a hopeless, empty look. Although this is an outmoded theme, I still believe it is worth thinking and painting.

All this picture is painted with acrylic brush I favorite in painter and add some details and textures in photoshop.

Lovely emotion. The only thing I might crit is it looks a little like those tubes over her shoulders are inflating her breasts. But hey, some folks dig that. ;)

those low resolution textures have ruined the flow and finesse level you have achieved in the face; well captured expression.
