Hi all,

I've created a model of a bridge in Maya 4 and I'm wanting to split the texture into two 512*512 canvas'. I was just wondering if its possible to do this, I have the top part of the bridge mapped out but the braces are still to be done and I want them to use seperate textures. Here's an image with the area's I'd like to have different from one another:

Thanks in advance for any help

Hi pedantic,

easy one...
When u assign the first projection for the other parts, select 'create new UV set' and give it a name....then make sure all your following projections go into the same set.
You now got 2 UV sets for the model, go into the connection editor and link a texture to each UV set...done.

donut out.
