Well I just downloaded the Vue 6 PLE and I created a simple scene in Vue and then opened that scene within Max. But I do not see any geometry other than the teapot I just created. I can render the scene and everything, and I mean everything shows up, but in the viewport I can't see any Vue Geometry other than the teapot. I thought maybe the geometry was hidden but it isn't.

It may be that you need to change the graphics mode from DirectX to OpenGL inside 3ds

Yeah I read about that so I did change the display settings. I can see the ground plane now but the ecosystem stuff doesn't show up in the viewport. I guess my OpenGL sucks or something lol.

EDIT: Nevermind. I figured it out.

What did you do? I have never been able to see more than the Vue camera and ground plane in Max.

Under the Vue6xStream utility in 3DS Max, click on options and a window pops up. Under OpenGL Preview: Uncheck "Use VUE OpenGL." My problem with this whole intergrating Vue with 3DS Max thing is that using OpenGL within 3DS Max, everything lags. I like DirectX way better. Also if you have an ecosystem in your scene, you will not see it in Max unless you render the scene. At least thats what I'm finding out on my PC. I really wanted to do some enviornment creation for a small animation that I am wanting to do but number 1 this thing lags. Number 2 the PLE version has the watermark all over the screen. Its transparent but still though. I'd rather have the Vue logo at the botton right of the screen than covering the whole image.
