M_Orlich 06-17-2003, 09:28 PM Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew where I might find a good statue shader? Or if someone was willing to share thier recipe for one?
Thanks,
Matt

Something like this..
http://www.artlex.com/ArtLex/m/marble.html

Anyway what you need to realluy make your statur econvincing is a small amount of Sub Surface Scattering.. Marble is translucent.
There are some shaders and tutorials on how to do this in Maya at www.pixho.com
