I'm desperate for some opinions, this is still in progress and that's what I have for now. Please let me know what you think. I wanna hear some critiques. Thanks

It has a good foundation as a fun caricature, but you have consistency problems with your values. Too much bright values, not enough midtones to darker values. It makes the face look very flat, like a plastic Halloween mask.
The swellings under the eyebrows look bad, like two pillows with a line of hair in the middle.
The flesh around the mouth looks too hard edged and angular, while the headband is too soft edged and fuzzy looking. The floppy ear tops look animalistic (which may be your intent).

I think what makes a caricature cool is when its rendered really well. Aside from whats been said try and work over the hair and skin for texture and subtle variations. I don't know why but the 'C' shape head throws the image for me. . .sorry I can't be more specific.
Thanks for your comments guys.
CybrGfx Thanks for pointing that thing about the swellings and the ears. The ears are supposed to be a little floppy, but now that I look at it they are a bit too floppy. I'll try and fix those.
EndoTouch Not sure how good I can render this guy. Or...how to render it for that matter. What do you mean by "throws the image"? You don't like the shape of the head?
Here's my quick attempt at making those values...just the face. I wanna make sure the face looks okay and then I'll move on to the hair.

...But I don't think I like the beard...I might brush it out. So yeah please comment and say what you think is right and what you think is wrong and doesn't look good.
