CGTalk - Combustion Layout

hey , sometimes i saw the "workspace" blanket is on the upright of combustion's interface. I had tried find the preference setup and window setup, and can't find the flexible layout changing buttons. could anyone shed some light on this?

Shift+F10 is the shortcut to move the Workspace to the side.
