That is freaky and very good as well.

Some crits though:

1) THe background needs some work. It seems to be just a bump map applied and it shows. Could have a higher resolution texture in there and make it look less plastic as well.

2) The lighting of the character could be a little better as well. Maybe some GI?

Nice stuff though. I cn't even model a human at all.
