The ends of the windshield are not very smooth: they are wavy in the corners. That's pretty much what I see for now :p

Keep it going! :scream:

Thanks, I have to redo the whole top part. I was doing it by pulling CV points. found out it was the wrong way.

also the side bars from front to back that form the roof and windsheild holders on the sides, they are big thick "bars" that are all fancy around em... they are quite obvious and are sperated from the roof peice in the center... I should get you some shots of ours (my fams).

yes, i was pulling CV points, obviously i was wrong doing it that way.
I did gather lots of pictures from the web and everytime i pass by a beetle, I stopped and stared at them like i am a thief. :D

I will correct my problem once i have time. like I said I will redo my whole top including the 'bar' and roof and front/rear windshield.

thanks

Are you using Suurlands tutorial for this? He did the exact same car with Rhino, very detailed tutorial. Looks very good soo far.

I don't see an XSI icon in your toolbar, you seem to have everything else there.lol :surprised

Tbonz816:

Suurland, I sure did look at his progress note(instead of tutorial).

But I just can't do that, it seems to me impossible to do that least UV lines somewhere.

So I thought he is WAY better than what I am capable of doing. I am doing it my way, maybe later when i get better, i understand what he meant in his note. :P

Thanks

I knew someone is gonna say something about those icons!!! hahaha, gocha. :P

Umm... It seems the image is on a different port? Some people (myself included) may be behind a company/school firewall and not able to view the image.

Just a heads up :D

i set up my webserver as 71 port, not 80, i don't know why school would block those ports for.

if you go through a proxy, it should show tho, u know what i mean? unless you school blocks all proxy.

sorry u can't see.

The files sizes of your images, doubly so for very early WIPS would be funny if you weren't so intent on repeating the punch line endlessly... That big chap invented compression for a very good reason and I'm quite sure that someone with as many apps as yourself must have one somewhere that can handle it. :)

ok, i fixed up the server and file size. hope you all can see them now and give me some suggestion.

how about showing some zebra shot on the fender?

I love it!

the stripe is UGLY, but its useful for sure, Is that a rhino option now? I used rhino at school and didn't have any option like that... It definatly is useful to show the surfaces shape properly.
