Title: Hippocampus dragon

Software: Maya, mental ray, Photoshop, ZBrush
At first I just wanted to create a quick sketch of a hippocamus, then it occured to me that I shoud create a mutant that is a mixture of a hippocampus and a dragon.
After it was completed I started to create the enviroment.
The rocks were created in maya, then sclupted in ZB.
The plants are Maya paint effects.
I used Caustics Generator v1.4 for the caustic effect on the bottom.
The ligh fog from the right was created in PS.
Composing and small chancges (color correction, exposure, etc.) were also done in PS.
