I worked on this sucka for roughly (which is pretty fast for me)

the symetry axis shows too much (specially on fore head) and the eyes are maybe too close each other... good start ;)

Looks good, except it looks like the head is too pointy at the top. Great start though

Yes I agree the head is a bit too pointy, there is something up with the eyes, I think they are a little close togetther, or it might be the outsides edges, cant quite put my fingure on it. The overall shape/porprtions look good, you just need to work a bit more on details.

i agree the eyes appear to close, and also thinkl the lips need some work as well, but it is a very good base. The modifications shouldn't be to much. I recommend leaving it alone for a day or two though, sometimes if you go to fast you end up going in circles.
