i decided i would do the German folktale of Krampus, the demon version of santa. he carries a switch to beat kids with and has a basket on his back that he shoves really naughty kids in. he carries bells and rusty chains so people will know he is coming...just thought id sketch out an idea of what the basket could look like, maybe more of a torturing device

i rethought the layout of krampus, since he has horns and hooves in the myth, i made the machine more reminiscent of a goat, his middle area will be the cage to put kids

working out the machine form of krampus, basket abdominal..
