Just working on some character designs and trying different styles. This is a personal project for creating a 3D game character from concept to final model. I wanted to keep this very illustrative and limited myself to only 3-4 shades of each color and simple line drawing to not only keep it simple, but also create a somewhat cell shaded look. I'll post up the 3d model once it is finished.

Cool looking character! I like the cell-shaded style.

The back of the weapon/gun looks weird. Can't figure out what's going on with the curved part that looks like an ammo-clip.

Thanks FRENZIEDmind! It was a stretch for me when coloring to try and stay in that cell shaded limitation. That ammo clip is the one part that buggs me more than anything. I spent too much time trying to figure out how to make it look right that I totally botched it up I think. But you are totally right, it is wicked funky!
