View Full Version : Other Good AE Forums?

I've recently discovered this forum and have been browsing a number of the older threads. Lots of good stuff. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be much recent activity here.

Does anyone know of other good After Effects forums with a more active user base? I'd really like to exchange knowledge with other AE hobbyists and build a sense of community with fellow digital artists.

You could try the official Adobe forums, creativeCOW.net, mograph.net. Beyond that you will not find many places dedicated to AE. Strangely, everyone uses it, but people only ever come if there is trouble... You can however also derive general insights into compositing from other forums like VFXTalk and such. also do not forget that there are several places where you can download tutorials (videocopilot.net, maltaannon.com) and presets (rerendered.com), many of them free.
