Hi there,

I have installed the trial version of Mudbox, imported a mesh from C4D, sculpted a bit and I am thrilled by how Mudbox works. It´s intuitive and fits my workflow very well.

Anyway, here comes a culprit (or at least it seems to be one to me). I cannot export my sculpted mesh to .obj format. The "save as.." dialog only gives me the mudbox format as file format option.

Is this a limitation of the demo? I installed it on XP home, maybe this is the problem (as the website says it requires XP Prof)?

I am highly interested in buying this piece of software but I would like to make sure it all works as it´s supposed to work.

Select model at subd level you wish to export it at using either the object selection tool or in the object list.

File >> Export selection
