I first try to make chinawater effect ,so I hope everybody give me some opinions!

Cant understand y nobody has given any comment here but i liked your girl.
The diffuse is bit plain and needs to look more grainy and realistic even if u r making this hand painted.
BTW y is she wearing a torn skirt?

I really like the direction you're taking this model, I like how you did her hears. Ears can be hard but I think you did a nice job on it.
My only recommendation would be to give the skirt a little more definition in the frays.
I get a feeling that she should be holding some kind of a bladed weapon when I look at her.

absolutely cool.
I do think you should have a little extra shading, some highlights, maybe even an comicstyle shader, since I really love the ink drawing style you got going here.
and the textures could use a bit more detail too... especially the skirt feels a little "cloud filter" if you know what I mean.
Good poses, nice style, now for some background!
