This is basically the first time im making something like this.. im having trouble with the glass and liquid on this one.. can someone explain whats going wrong with this material and why i can't match it up to the reference photo attached?? please help...Bottle IOR 2.0 Liquid IOR

Your reflections don't have a lot of 'kick'. You should add some strategically placed whitecards (white rectangles) in your scene. The idea is to give the edges of the bottle a nice highlight. Since the edges are rounded they will easily pick up the reflection.

Remember that your color is not restricted to 100% white, you can also make it 500% or 800% white which will make the reflection of the whitecard much stronger.

A gradient on the environment can also make the reflection look nicer.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but when there's 2 dielectric materials (i.e. glass and liquid), some kind of total internal reflection/refraction occurs, which is why you don't see the glass thickness when looking at a water glass.

Notice how the refraction of water goes to the extreme edge on the right side...

To achieve this, the area where the glass and liquid meets needs to have an IOR of 1.00, and to do this you have to have multiple surfaces of the glass, or a texture map dictating the IOR.
