Your Demo Reel isn't bad but needs more work....The biggest advice and most important would have to be to pick one job that you want to persue. Your demo reel should only consist of the job you want, wether it be Animation, Modeling, Rigging, Lighting, Texturing, ect ect. what ever you want to do focus on it...and get good at it. Second, you need more work to put in your reel...it seems you have only two or three of the same type of work. 3rd you need more detail in your models and more motion in your animation push those rigs to its limits...look at and study motion more (video tape people if you have to, or act it out)...and follow the principles of animation.....your reel is a good start, and i hope you take my advice and continue to work hard..good luck on your future endevors

S2BA is right. You have a demo reel that speaks nothing about what you really want to do. I would definitely start off on what you want to do and start watching other demo reels to get a good idea of what people are sending out.

Also, and I don't do to well about sticking to this advise but I would leave the audio out. From what I hear not to many studios listen to the audio on reels.

Good Luck
