this was my first idea when challenge started and i finally got time to make this concept .. idea is that huge steampunkish squid attacks medieval ship

Hey there :) A very promising concept! I like almost Jaws poster composition, but this one looks even scarier, hehe.. I would put the ship a bit more to the left, so it will look like the impact is going to happen in the very next moment.
Other than that great first pass, cant wait to see u start modeling! Good luck :)

Finally i got some time to work on this project .. im starting with ship .. model is more or less done - i could go into bit more details but ship is too far

ship is now more or less done so i started with water and outside atmosphere
