I've decided to go for something southamerican. Originally I was thinking that the Conquistadors, arriving in southamerica, would bring steampunk'ed mechs and face magic'ed "mechs" of the Aztec, but that is hardly legendary, so Im moving towards a Steampunk-mech aztec god...
