At the risk of coming off as a self promoter, I recently launched a computer company with some buddies and called in all my favors to get the commercial made... This is what they came up with. I'm very proud of them so give them some props.

Looks pretty nice for a 1k budget. Congratz. May I ask what the reason was to go with the Red Epic camera, especially recording in 4k. Isn't that a bit of a overkill for such a small project? How did the workflow go with such major data flows?

To be perfectly honest, it took FOREVER. (6 months). All the work was from buddies in their spare time.

We shot on red, because it was available & cheap, plus the buzz around the red was what attracted most of the crew to help out. The computer monster plate needed to have a decent resolution to pull a solid track (so I'm told).

looks great... I hope you guys charge more next time around... that looks like at least 10K worth to me ;)
