Hello all! This is my first time on a challenge... i would like to make something... not too bad :)

This is a race of fairies who have been expelled by the fairy queen, no more wings, no more magical powers... so they have created a steam system to recover their abilities.
The one i'm drawing will be inside a bottle, trapped by a human.

HI Sergio, nice idea.
Should be fun doing steamy fairies.
Maybe try to do several thumbs on the character.Maybe this will give you some more
clarity in your ideas about the wings and the final pose you would like to obtain in the finish.

This is a new sketch, using the engine propulsion system, (thanks for the inspiration Nash88 !!!! )
The fairies are taking a screw to teir home on the top of the trees to build some invention.

Ok... so i found a reference background for my two new fairies with Jet PAck :p... Soon some steampunk stufs and a own background paint.

PS. I like critics!!! Just do it and be hard with it ... real mates would do it... as it doesnt bother me and help me to get better ;)

This is my last sketch i'll send by now. I didnt like the last one, i made some perspective errors on the screw and the fairy-girl. I want to make the two chars on first plane, and the farest char looking down, so i can put some facial expression aswell.

Cool concept and like your perspective composition and the design of the steam jet pack :D Maybe a bit more foreshortening on the first character to emphasis the perspective, only a comment :) Really cool work and looking forward for more updates! Cheers mate :beer:

I think i'm getting near to the final composition. I pushed farther the perspective, and i think i'm going to make a far view of an island on the background
