Here's the concept: The Tortoise and the Hare. Hopefully, this is within the rules. The story is about a race...and a moral. In my case, I love motorcycles and I envision a race where two steamcycles are pitted against each other in a way that reflects the fable I've chosen. You can kind of see it in the design and I may have other imagery to help tie in both fable and genre.

Trying to come up with plausible designs. This looks very familiar to me though. Seems like the only original piece is the vertical handlebars (think rabbit ears). Anyway, I spend way too much time on things like this so I just need to move on and make a loose sketch. That's my next goal. I'll let my nib just "feel" the designs of the motorcycles.
