A steampunk character concept I did last week. Really would like to model this little girl. She lives in the slums of Victorian London. I'm planning to add some steampunky machinery such as steam powered rocking horse or something!

I used lots of reference for the clothing, including images I found using Google. I don't have a name for her yet. Can you help?

I saw the hair and thought roxanne but that doesn't work as victorian
