I really like your insane model ;)
His cranium and jaw are really funky though, I'm having a difficult time imagining how they join
How did you go about modeling all the wrinkles? Topology brushes?

Hey Neison ,
Thanks for the kind comments.

Thats a very good question....And I have to command you highly on your observation...and thankyou for pointing that out.
This little guy was created mostly on the fly with just a few pre-thought images of how he would look. Although I have tried to consider anatomy as much as I can , I will endevour to pay more attention to that aspect of my fantasy character modelling . As with your comment I have realised that thre is really a fine line between believability and fantasy!
As for the proces---
As one would , before creating a character, a sketch is often prepared. For greater speed(not more then3 hours modelling in this case), quality and flexability I sketch all character in 3d with Z-brush. Then they are converted to animatable models for rendering in another package.
The workflow in Zbrush is basically to , pull , push, scale , rotate and paint the volume and details of your model, all within a brush based workflow. This particular model began as a sphere. Here is a quick shot of the actual wire::

Thankyou once again
