Here is the second stage i am working on for a fightin game. Its a 2D fighting game but our stages are being done in 3D to add depth and animation to the stages. this is what i have so far and some crits are needed.

My inspiration for this came from the Engine room of star trek TNG and Voyager. so alot of my reference came from there. a few of them were from Star Trek enterprise as well.

Looks nice! Will the characters be 3d modeled (but move in 2d space) or sprite based?

the characters will be 3d modeled. Our move sets and animations will be captured on a 2d plane. the only issue i foresee would be issues with matching the lighting between the stages and characters
