Escape Studios, the number one source for developing a successful career in the CG industry, and Toronto-based eyeon Software Inc., a leading provider of dynamic desktop compositing and workflow management solutions, today announced that Escape has been selected as the official eyeon reseller in New York. In conjunction with this alliance, Escape will also host the New York leg of eyeon’s highly-anticipated Generation World Tour, scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 20 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Escape Studios’ offices located at 451 Broadway, 6th floor. “eyeon’s new Generation product line is receiving significant industry praise for its modern architecture and rich user experience,” said Ed Caracappa, Escape Studios’ commercial director. “We’re very excited to service the needs of eyeon’s growing New York customer base, and hosting their New York event in Escape’s brand new U.S. facility is a great way to kick off this relationship.”

eyeon Generation is a family of products designed for, and specifically integrated with, eyeon's current VFX applications including Fusion, Vision and Rotation. With 20 years of Fusion compositing development, eyeon Generation solidifies the demand for an end-to-end VFX environment and delivers timeline editing with up to 4K disk based playback. The Generation workflow seamlessly integrates and collaborates with all eyeon products as well as removing the interoperability bottleneck with other products.

“We are thrilled that Escape has opened a New York office and that Ed Caracappa is spearheading that effort,” said Joanne Dicaire, director of marketing and business development of eyeon Software Inc. “We now look forward to being a part of Escape’s new venture, including a great party on November 20!”
