the arms are to longs and hands will be dificult o be animated.

loves the jacket but i would work in shoulders area because it going to give you problems when animate.

Yes, I want to animate him (but later).
I already thought about making the arms shorter, and you are right that the jacket is going to be difficult. I try it; if it doesn't work I remove the jacket and make a shirt.

I had some drawings but modeled the character without them. Only starting with a box and see what happened :)
