Wow. Now that's hard to understand, really.
Is it how you should create your head's texture that you're looking for or else ?
I would guess it goes a little further than that, but i'm not sure to understand really; so maybe you're looking for a way to map a texture on a head ?
Please give us more details as to what you're looking for !

ive read that again and yep his asking for a Detailed texture of a head or a human.
"True result" im guessing his asking for a Realistic one.

Here are two screenshot of the Final Fantasy face textures from the press kit. Not very good quality but definitely good as reference material...

holy tomato ! even at low rez these are really amazing !
You can also check a couple sites for such reference material, Martin Krol's comes to mind, look here (http://ambient-whisper.cgcommunity.com/home.html).
As for how do you create these, i'd say, references, preferably a good tablet and some Photoshoping might get you going.

It's not the resolution that is crappy, the problem is that these images are photographs of computer screens. Apparently the makers were afraid that the real textures would get abused (not such a weird idea ofcourse!).
