looks pretty good. but, it still seems fake....

try making the smoke on the ground more "smoke-like". I dunno how tho... >_<

the mushroom cloud just doesn't look right. I think it could use some more of those bulge-like thingies....yano wha tI mean, right?

also, the sky could be a bit brighter....after all...a nuke is a nuke. BOOM.

oh, and you could always add a ring thingy around it. makes it cooler ^_^

I think maybe if you extended the width of the immage and made the bottom dust/cloud what ever it is extend farther it would make the nuke seem more powerful.. cause right now it seems week. It also seems a little to close to the camera. Tweek it some and it will look fantastic.. gj!

Great! Looks cartoony, if that was the idea, it's great.
Colors are well in harmony. But you shoud do something about the composition.
For a "not so tall" nuke like this (or it is for the wide perspective?) a wider image would be more suitable.
Or you should make the mushroom taller, with a severeal fuzzy belts aroun it...
Great Fallout feeeeling though!

the light distribution in the mushroom cloud looks very uniform, and it's hard to tell that your smoke is actually smoke (same issue there), also, making the sky open up above the nuke may add to your composition. nice job though.

Not really my field to add comment but a nukes a nuke and I love the look of nuke explosions. Goodwork. Remember, it's the thought that counts. :)

I think the DOF effect looks strange. The foreground seems to be more or less sharp, than there's a blurred area and the background is sharp again. Impossible with a real camera.

Thats a great pic. Adds a cartoonish sort of look to a nuke blast.
