Thanks for the encouragement guys.
Question: What the hell is the Submit Entry thingy for? I'm a little confused on how to submit WIP images. Do I just stick them here from imageshack? Or is there some special procedure? Or do I only use the Submit Entry feature for milestones?

This is the pre-visualisation, concept art etc. It's the Loch Ness monster, except all Steampunk and awesome.

Thanks for the comments, everybody! Very encouraging. Just working on the image composition, want to run a little poll.
Should our lovely locomotive Loch Ness appear in
a) an underground cavern bristling with steam powered machinery perched on the cliffs.
b) a Scottish-esque loch, to really drive home the mythology. Oh but it will have zeppelins.

This is what I'm thinking for the background... probably need more reference.

Anyway, here's my 3d preliminary stuff modelling. Not much now, but it's sort of starting to take off...
