CGTalk - New studio reel

So I made a site (its a beta at the moment) and I was hoping to find out if you guys think the reel on the front page is effective.

If you have critiques of the site or my tutorials I would love to hear those as well.

The reel was pretty good. I would suggest that the the clip with the cg bats(?) isn't quite up to the quality of the rest.
