From the first design realized with Zbrush (also post in this portfolio), I retopologize the mesh and done Uv's with maya.
Ligthing and rendering with SSS shader in maya for the skin color and composite in photoshop for create texture concept.

just one comment .....
this is symmetrical model ..... try to change one of the mode side so it's not symmetrical any more it will be great ....

:) nice.. but i cant see much detail... because the lighting too low...otherwise too good
