At least it's seems to be a nice sketch tool. I just got the trial version yesterday, so I can't really tell. The brush recognition seems to be accurate (better than PS) and the interface worked well.

nice man, really like your brushwork, and i like how youve painted the rain lit up. I wish you would post more paints, even quick ones. If you want to do a paint over of any of my site stuff feel free, theres some real sketchy stuff if you feel like taking any further. youre paint overs helped, so feel free ;)

Nice work! This black and white thing is really suiting your style, though the source of the light is a bit mysterious...

Btw. thanks for the amaizing links. Boy do I have a long way to go...

Very nice. I have always liked the scratch board look. If I may suggest a technique for the future? I don't know the capabilities of OpenCanvas but a technique that I used to use with scratch board was to go back over the white areas with light washes of color. You don't have to do this for all of the white, sometimes just your area of focus will suffice.

try white paper, black pen... might be interesting! i just see a gun in the gangsta picture, nothin' more... it hink my imagination sucks atm.:rolleyes:

It's my skills that suck. Well, they're sketches anyway. If you really mean you just see a gun there, check the cover for the movie Unforgiven. I just realized it's quite similar, you know a long-coated guy viewed from behind, holding a gun.
