Hello, I'm new here and I thought i'd introduce myself with a Model. Don't go to hard on me ;-) I just brushed the dust off after a year of 3dartist's block. I'm using truespace 5.1.

Hi Unklejman,
First of all Geocities doesn't allow for direct linking. To veiw the picture one has to copy the url and paste it. Second it's good to see anothet tS user (I use 6 as well as a few other progs). This is a good start. Depending on how realistic you want to go, refine the bone structure around the nostrils and mouth. Also the textures if it is a toy then a more plastic look. The translucent plastic shader works well for that as well as the pre-release translucency by Ian. Check the Califorums for that one. If realistic then get to crackin you've got some work. Kepp workin.

Don't know if Geocities has addressed this trick before, but, in the past, you could substitute the .txt extension for .jpg (or .gif) on your image to direct link it (use the txt extension in the link as well). I'm not a geocities user, so I don't know if it still works.

Actually, if you can see the image below, it still works:

Wow I completely forgot about this place. Sorry for the broken link. It's funny I should get a reply in my e-mail. I just started learning 3dsMAX at school. I might put up some stuff along the way. For now here is my T-rex done in truespace 5.1 Still the head, I worked on the body some but don't have any renders on me right now. http://www.skwerm.com/unclejpegs/website/Images/3dcharacter/trexhead5.jpeg
