I got thoes HL2 E3 clips (9 i think) but them merged together computes 200mb+...
I wonder what's more on this 600mb video.

I think that its a higher framerate and better resolution. I can let thoes of you that are unsure know more tonight when I get home, unless someone else beats me to it.

You shouldn't be able to post fileplanet links on cgtalk. It's lame, b/c no one will ever get the file anyway. Payed subscriber to hear news that you can get on other sites for free... :shrug:

1] you don't need to be a PAYING subscriber

2] the 600 meg file is bigger, better quality, and has acouple extras in there [like the g man intro and outro]. and the audio isn't as bad as some of those earlier ones.

I got some! And that was just the 600 meg video demo! If Serria keeps it up they will surpass 3d animated feature films. Hey, why watch a film when you can play it!

I'll pass on Doom 3 and any other new 3d game for now. This is the best 3d game I've seen since I got started with 3d gamming.

All I can say is,

Warning to the downloaders. Don't use Internet Explorer. I downloaded it in a hour with IE but it was corrupted. Netscape is the best choice for downloading this video.

Almost everyone in my office has seen the Halflife 2 Trailer. And regardless of their being into 3d games or not they are impressed with this game.

just watched it. it is a lot better quality than the others. there is also a couple of extra scenes. deffinatly worth it.

While watching the trailer someone noted how badly skilled the game demo player was at handling the levels. I had to agree that their skill was pretty lame. Anyway great demo.

I don't think he was trying to show off how fast he coudl beat the level, that would be lame. He obviously was trying to show us all the 'what if' situations and just tease us with the weapons.
