Hi everybody,
we have just finished our small demo, showing what we have done and it gives an idea what will come. We worked the last 10 months on the scenes and hope you like it.

The extinct time (German: "Die Ausgestorbene Zeit" is an German OpenMovie project, currently we have 6 active artists.
We hope we get new artists who are interested it this project and help us to realize our short film. More Infos on our website: www.chronosom-studios.de (http://blenderartists.org/forum/www.chronosom-studios.de)

Over 160 Hits but no comments?

Here the story of our project:

We are in the year 2012. The mankind is before its biggest threat. The United States of America have been overthrown. A giant group of people who call himself 'Legonians' conquers the whole country and breaks down all sorts of contact to foreign countries. One year later the Legonians begin a war, the third world war. Many countries are too weak to fight against them and Legonia erases them from the world map. Europe is the last fighting continent yet. The war is a big setback for all humans. But Legonia still destroys.

February 2013: The European Secret Service gets news: A nuclear bomb is on the way to Europe. The whole military is in trouble and a special unit is sent to the so-called bomb-transporting ship. But instead of a nuclear bomb, the unit finds secret plans of a new weapon which can be used in space, too. Before they can save all plans, the ship is destroyed by two stealth-bombers. Legonia starts an attack with the new weapons. Europe has no choice. It must strike back before all hope is gone. It must survive. Everything else is unacceptable.

This is a very nice start. And the story you've posted sounds interesting. I've seen your tech-demo. The submarine looks very nice. But I think that sometimes the camera-movement is a little bit choppy. Try to smooth the panning of the camera. It would look much better.

Hey everbody, thanks for the comments.

I want to repeat that we need help to make the complete short film, now we need a storyboard and some concept art of the characters, also people for 3D stuff.
You! could help us realizing this OpenMovie project.
