XSI to MAYA ????

If you start de browser window in XSI you can select XSI Net area and install an OBJ export/import tool. Although it is beta it is still quite useful.

it depends on the surface. for nurbs the best on should be iges. it also exports/imports the grouping etc with the surfaces.

for polys i don't know. haven't worked with xsi in deep so far.
