View Full Version : Matching 3d layer perspective to footage.

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know if there is a way in after effects or a plug-in that will allow me to draw perspective lines based on a background plate and then have after effects calculate camera angle, placement, and zoom? It seems like something that should be simple to do, and I am tire of trying to manually match up perspective.

Vanishing Point Exchange from Photoshop ever since CS3. Other than that - matchmoving software like SynthEyes, of course.
