I think that by default a XSI install comes with the NVtoon shader.
in the jimmy bot scene (also shipped by default) the rendertree should have a dual setup.
normal shading/mapping in the surface input and a nvtoon setup plugging in the realtime shaders input.
I could be wrong, and since my installs and DBs are anything but default I can't check, but give it a shot

I can't seem to find what you are talking about. I see the club-bot scene but no version with a realtime shader. I'm specifically looking for tutorials on how to bring in your own written CG shaders. Thanks.

it's been a long and tiresome day crammed up with meetings.
God knows why I thought you linked to a toonshading CGshaders...

I'll try something and get back to this on Monday, you can mail the support meanwhile, or spawn a thread on the mailing list and eventually ask for James or Alex' help about this, they are into that stuff a lot being in the gamedev side of things.
