We can join two surfaces through loft or atach surfaces, but when can I use loft or atach surfaces??? What is the diferrence between them???

I'm not sure what you're really asking for but I'll give you some input:
The term "Loft" comes from building ships. You first do a framework, sort of like a ribcage, and then you attach planks to form a surface.
So: "Loft" is basically building surfaces between curves, whilst "attach surface" only simply attaches two surfaces to form one surface. Remember that a NURBS surface always is a square, no matter how much you tweak it... so attaching two square surfaces results in one stretched out square, in a rectangular shape.
