This is one of my camera lenses, a well known Minolta lens if you're into photography :D

Glass elements are modeled exactly to scale and everything. Body was modeled almost exactly with a few differences on my part.

I'll have other images in my gallery soon of this.

I used Cinema4D and Vray to render it.

Please critique.

I think there´s too much white on the lenses, I think they should look more like this:

I don't know what's going on but there's a weird artifact in all my renderings. From the front of the glass you can see through the body at a weird angle. From the back it's perfectly fine though. Normals are all correct and nothing is touching or going through. Any ideas? That's what's making the lens look white.

Take a look in my portfolio at the other image of this. You can see it there too.
