Just trying out paint effects in maya 2009. when i draw a stroke on a surface and then try and change the settings the stroke doesn't update interactivly..or if i apply a force such a grass wind to it, nothing happens. I'm sure in previous versions of maya strokes were interactive. am i missing out on some setting here..it's not display quality as i've tried drawing strokes at various %'s of quality... any help would be much appriciated. thanks
