hey dudes,
when dealing with nurbs...how do you guys close the ends of your lofts...or any surface for that matter.
besides the zero scaling technique..any other methods will be appreciated.
after i do a planar surface i cant use the round tool.
the simplest way would be to zero scale the last curve but if i go the planer surface way then any deformation screws the tangency...
i'd like your work arounds.
thanks

you could go in and put your planar surface not at the very top (just a little bit down) and then go create a circular fillet or so.

but i thimk the easiest and best way is the zero scaling, because you stay with one object and not many more.

sorry i love this juming guy too. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

...not sure if you tried this..and i could be waaaaay off base here (lack of sleep this week is starting to have that effect on me)...did you try selecting the last isoparm and duplicating surface curve..and then working from that?

hey dudes,
thanks for replying.
NowInc...if i started with extracting the last curve i'd
still have to close that curve by scaling it or doing a planar on it.
any way thanks for sharing...that's all that counts ;)
