i use softimage/xsi 7

everytime when i try to open image file ,

i get this message

"Successfully saved scene before system failure. Restart the application to recover the scene."

then, troubleshooting ..;;

what is the problem ?

ok re install Xsi , if you get the same problem , go here and ask for help
