I think the clothing texture and the hair could use some working, other than that it looks like them, so I'd say you succeeded.

I wanna see this model in a scene with that low poly neo/agent smith that was on the front page awhile ago.

Even though the twins never fought with Neo and Smith, that would be a cool scene...

Anyway, very nice model, let's see it in an action pose with a background.

To me it looks like his crotch or the top of the thighs on him look too spacey. I think him thighs would come closer together at the top.
