Hi 3d community!

This is one-day project, just for fun. couple days ago I found an old Matchbox car in cellar and thought it would be nice to model it.

well did u model this well if u did its very nice.....actually its a little too realistic.....

There is something wrong with it though...i don't know what..but there is something there not fitting.

well, it was modelled in Rhino 2.0 and rendered in 3ds MAX 4 with finalRender.
The lighting is HDR-i texture.
The Depth-of-field is very creepy, unrealistic etc. because its only blur tool from Photoshop!

loved it,

actually had to open it up in photoshop to prove to myself that it was infact cg .. all i can spot is the hard edges on the side, the top inlet and around the headlights .. with little to no bevelling it either looks very big, or cg

four of us stared at the image for 5 minutes before we found that by the way

hello

all edges except around headlights are bevelled and many of them are very small. in fact, i spent most of time bevelling edges, and now in final rendering it is not visible because of texture...

anyway, thanks for your replies!
